Product Exactly As Described!! Perfect Fit! Awesome response time! Placed my order and it arrived usps priority in just a Few Days! Definitely Buying more in the near future. And when my Blades Need Sharpening, I'm trying here, just because of the experience. In Contrast I ordered a few parts for my SS Tools a month ago and I'm still waiting, they sent it right out halfway across country to the Wrong address. Allegedly it's on its way after 4 calls. Product: RG-5 & RG-6 Inserts

Several months ago I purchased two of your inserts for my Rigid R4512 table saw. I bought the table saw because it fit in my shop due to its ease of movement and thus far it has been a solid unit. However, it does have a flaw and that is the insert. I tried making my own zero clearance insert as I have done on many other units but due to the set up of the opening it is a very difficult item to construct. I purchased one with the slot for the riving knife and one without for use with my dado head blade. I have found both to be of exceptional quality and have not regretted my purchase in the least. Should I wear out either item I will be purchasing them again but not sure that will happen as they show no sign of wear.
