Product Exactly As Described!! Perfect Fit! Awesome response time! Placed my order and it arrived usps priority in just a Few Days! Definitely Buying more in the near future. And when my Blades Need Sharpening, I'm trying here, just because of the experience. In Contrast I ordered a few parts for my SS Tools a month ago and I'm still waiting, they sent it right out halfway across country to the Wrong address. Allegedly it's on its way after 4 calls. Product: LeeCraft RG-5 Zero Clearance insert plate

This was the third one of these I had ordered for my Grizzly tablesaw. No problems with any of the previous one. This one though did not come with the adjusting screws used to tighten the plate up in the throat. I contacted Janet and told her the issue. I sent her some pictures of the insert plate showing the missing screws. She in turn contacted the owner of LeeCraft and informed him of the situation. The owner of LeeCraft tried to reach me at my place of work and when that didn't he reached me at home......around 8:00 in the evening. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. He left a message so I called him back that evening. Long story short, the owner was VERY apologetic and totally made up for the mistake and my inconvenience. He said that if I didn't mind making the repair he send me the screws, the drill bit and instructions. He also send me two more inserts for a little less than the price of one PLUS he sent me a free dado insert and NO SHIPPING CHARGES. I really liked the LeeCraft inserts already but this type of commitment to customer satisfaction sealed the deal for me. I will always purchase LeeCraft products.

This is my second WW-II. I love the first but it is time for sharpening after 5 years of use. I\'ve decided to order a second one to reserve for even finer work. You make wonderful blades and everyone that sees my miter joints are amazed, mostly to the credit of your saw blades. JC
