I ordered three of the Leecraft RG-1 inserts from you a while ago and they arrived (last week, actually). I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate that they were packaged exceptionally well. I'm a first time customer and wanted this specialty blade. I shopped around and found Silvers Mill had the best price. I considered going with Woodcraft who had the same blade for a bit more, just because I was well acquainted with buying from them. I'm glad I went with Silvers Mill. I ordered on a Sunday and my blade shipped in the early AM on Monday. I had it in my hands in California by Thursday, with free shipping! Don't hesitate to give them a chance.
