Slivers Mill - Delivery & Returns Policies

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. When an order is shipped from Clifton, NJ it will be sent by FedEx Ground Service. A delivery confirmation will be sent to the e-mail provided at checkout.

Rates, including handling, are automatically calculated at time of order. You can receive a shipping estimate prior to placing your order. When reviewing your shopping cart contents, simply enter your ZIP Code or Postal Code, and an estimate will be calculated automatically.  Free ground shipping is available in the USA when order is $49.00 or more.

Our Returns Policy

PLEASE EXAMINE CONTENTS OF EACH PACKAGE WHEN IT ARRIVES.  We will gladly pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase it must be returned within 30 Days.  Please call 716-685-4458 or email us at info@sliversmill.com  and we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM to be included with the return. We will exchange/replace item or refund your money after return is received.  A return charge up to 30% may be deducted from returns.

Special orders and custom made orders are non-returnable! No exceptions!  Workmanship is guaranteed.

Slivers Mill is not responsible for lost orders following delivery. We recommend choosing a secure location for your delivery address. In addition, since we do not offer signature-required deliveries, delivery instructions to require signature cannot be honored.
